“My husband and I have had a summer camp on Sebago Lake for almost 40 years. For us and our daughters it is without a doubt our favorite spot on earth. We loved our camp so much that after we finally finished off tuition payments, we decided to fix up the house so it would be in good shape to pass on to our daughters. We met with four builders; all of whom recommended our beloved camp with all its 100+ years of character be torn down and rebuilt. That was simply out of the question. We proceeded with our search for the proper renovator. Our neighbor recommended Joe Williams and his team. When we interviewed Joe we were pleasantly surprised by his sympathy for our situation. We wound up tearing the old place down in 2013 and it was rebuilt, as promised, in time for our daughter’s wedding in 2014.

Rebuilding the camp change dour lives, literally. Soon after we began to think about how much we loved the new camp which was now a lake house and wondered if we could live there year-round. Of course, with all the limitations placed on building on a small lakefront lot it was a challenge, but since 2014 Joe and his crew have come back and done as many expansions and renovations as town code will allow. For some of the projects we’ve been living here, and it’s worked out just fine. Each and every time Joe has had the best crews; skilled, honest and friendly. He does background checks on each and every person who comes on to our property. His people come when they say they will. The completion dates are accurate. He is involved wholeheartedly in every phase of the project. He works closely with the town code officer to make sure there will be no future problems. He has done such a great job, we sold our primary residence and live on the lake year-round! We think the house is perfect for us and our growing family.

Another added benefit of Joe and his crew are the subcontractors he uses - we have a network of people to call now in case we need some help around the house. In Maine, that is priceless.
